Our Mission: To foster accountability, sustainability, and leadership in mining by addressing key challenges such as gender inequality, child labor, and environmental degradation while promoting health, wellness, and economic opportunities for women and youth in Zimbabwe.

Objectives:

• Advocate for gender equality and inclusion within mining communities.
• Promote responsible mining practices aligned with global standards, such as the Craft Code.
• Empower women and youth through mentorship, training, and capacity-building programs.
• Lead environmental sustainability initiatives, including reforestation and land reclamation.
• Raise awareness about health challenges, particularly HIV and TB, within mining communities.
• Conduct research to inform policy and improve programs in mining communities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance safety, reduce violence, and support community development.
